Terms of Service

Applies to use of zorviannz.com and related services (“Service”). Effective date: 30 May 2026.

1) Social casino (entertainment only)

The Service is a social casino for entertainment. Any virtual chips/coins/credits (“Virtual Items”) are not real money, have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be redeemed, transferred for money, or cashed out. We do not offer prizes or rewards of real-world value.

Virtual Items may be granted or sold for use only within the Service and may change over time. Purchases are for access to Virtual Items/experience only and do not create monetary value or ownership. To the extent permitted by law, purchases are non-refundable once delivered/credited, except where mandatory consumer rights apply.

5) Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, software, artwork, and trademarks. You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service as intended. You must not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.

6) Suspension/termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and remove Virtual Items) if you breach these Terms, we suspect fraud/abuse, or required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any outcomes, progress, or Virtual Items will be available at all times. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or any loss arising from use of the Service or Virtual Items. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted by New Zealand law.

9) Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues promptly: contact@zorviannz.com. Include your account email, issue details, and any relevant screenshots. We aim to respond within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

10) Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on the Service; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
