Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 May 2026

This policy explains how Zorviannz.com Limited ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information when you use zorviannz.com and related services (the “Service”). We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • Account and profile data: name/username, email, password hash, authentication and preferences.
  • Payment/transaction data: purchase history and billing metadata; card details are typically handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
  • Device and network data: IP address, device identifiers, browser/app version, crash logs, timestamps.
  • Gameplay/usage telemetry: session events, in-service interactions, feature usage, performance metrics, and anti-fraud/anti-abuse signals.
  • Support and communications: messages you send, attachments, and records of contact.
  • Cookies/analytics: identifiers used to remember settings and measure usage. You can control cookies via your browser settings.

Why we collect it (and our grounds)

  • Provide the Service (create accounts, deliver features, process purchases) and administer your relationship with us.
  • Security, fraud prevention, and enforcement of our terms (including detecting cheating/abuse).
  • Improve and maintain the Service (diagnostics, analytics, testing, and performance).
  • Respond to support requests and send service messages (e.g., important updates).
  • Where required or appropriate, we will ask for your consent (for example, certain marketing communications). You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or using available settings.

Sharing and third-party processors

We may share personal information with service providers that process data on our behalf, such as hosting/infrastructure, analytics, error monitoring, customer support tools, payment processing, and email delivery. We require providers to protect information and use it only for contracted purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction (e.g., merger), subject to legal safeguards.

Cross-border disclosures

Some providers may store or access information outside New Zealand. When we disclose information overseas, we take steps to ensure it is protected in a way that is comparable to New Zealand privacy standards (for example, by using contractual protections or selecting providers with appropriate safeguards).

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless we must keep it longer for legal, tax, dispute-resolution, or security reasons. We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, encryption in transit where available, and monitoring; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights (NZ Privacy Act 2020)

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of your personal information if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Make a complaint to us. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
